As well he holds the Historic Home Specialist certificate from SABOR and an Advanced Historic Home Specialist certificate from MetroTex and Preservation Dallas.
Maurice understands that his clients' financial interests come first, and that open, honest and frequent communication is paramount to a smooth transaction. And that buying or selling a home is a process that cannot be rushed. Call him for a home or office consultation—or perhaps a meeting at one of our great local coffee shops—to discuss your options.
When not assisting clients, Maurice spends as much time on his bicycle as possible, reading obscure philosophical tracts, and drinking coffee. Maurice is an avid classical and jazz music fan and serves on the board of the Cactus Pear Music Festival here in San Antonio.
